Pork Chops in Chicken Soup Gravy

Servings: 4-6 Chops
Pork Chops
1/4 CUP(S) Chopped Onions
1 CUP(S) Chicken Broth
1 TSP Dried Crushed Tarragon
1 TBSP Oil
1 TBSP Worchester Sauce
1/4 TBSP Salt
1/2 CUP(S) Cold Water
4 TBSP Flour
In a skillet, brown pork chops on one side in hot oil.
Turn and add chopped onion and brown the second side.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, tarragon, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
Remove chops to serving platter and keep warm.
Combine cold water and flour and stir into the juice in the skillet.
Add more broth if needed.
Cook until thick and bubbly.
Spoon gravy over chops when serving.
Special Notes:
Best served with mashed potatoes.
