1 CUP(S) pecans, chopped
1/2 CUP(S) butter
1 TBSP butter
1/2 CUP(S) granulated sugar
1/2 CUP(S) brown sugar
1/2 CUP(S) heavy whipping cream
1 TSP vanilla
1 PINCH salt
2 CUP(S) powdered sugar

Prepare a baking pan to spread fudge into by spraying it with cooking spray.

In a small frying pan, melt 1 tbsp. of butter.

Add chopped pecans to the butter once it begins melting and toast for 3-4 minutes.

Set pecans aside.

In a saucepan, melt the remaining 1/2 cup of butter.

Once melted, over medium heat, add in the white and brown sugars mixing well.

Add the heavy cream and salt.
Again, mix well.

Increase the heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.

Once it begins to boil, remove heat.

Add in powdered sugar and stir completely.

Add the pecans to the mixture.

Pour the fudge onto your prepared baking pan.

Let the mixture cool and set for at least 3 hours.

When cooled and hardened, cut into pieces and serve.
