Gingersnaps

Servings: 60 cookies
3/4 CUP(S) butter
1 CUP(S) sugar
1/4 CUP(S) molasses
1 beaten egg
2 CUP(S) flour
1/4 TSP salt
2 TSP baking soda
1 TSP cinnamon
1 TSP cloves
1/2 TSP ginger
Mix the butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the molasses and egg.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Roll dough into small balls and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 7-8 minutes.
