Chicken and Rice Casserole

Prep Time: 60 minutes
Servings: 4-6 people
1 CAN L cream of chicken soup - family size
1 1/3 CUP(S) water
3/4 CUP(S) rice uncooked
1 bag of frozen California blend veggies
1/2 TSP onion powder
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 CUP(S) shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Stir soup, water, rice, vegies, and onion salt together in a 9X13 baking dish.
Top with chicken and seasoned as desired.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and allow it to melt before serving.
