Almond Crescent Cookies

1 CUP(S) butter (room temp)
1 CUP(S) sugar
1 TSP vanilla extract
2 TSP almond extract
2 1/3 CUP(S) flour
1 CUP(S) almonds (ground)
1 CUP(S) powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat the butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla extract and almond extract, beat well.
Stir in the flour and almonds.
Mixture will turn into a firm dough.
Working with 1 tablespoon of dough at a time, mold dough into a crescent shape.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
While the cookies are still warm , roll the crescents in the powdered sugar.
Cool on racks.
